Tactical Pipeline Security Systems, Inc. is a privately held C Corporation that been three years in development and is based in Clearwater, Florida. Prior to that date, research and development of the existing products was started shortly after the events of 9/11. During the development process, the opinion and input of multiple law enforcement agencies was obtained to further develop these products, and has resulted in the available product line today.
