The HIT International Security Academy (ISA) was founded and developed to provide homeland security and advanced security training programs to Federal, State, and Local law enforcement and government agencies that have an imperative need for further training in the area of anti- and counter terrorism, firearms, defensive tactics, and additional necessary training. Law enforcement agencies have continuously faced specific problems providing training to their personnel; the most common limitations are location, cost, availability, time, and staffing, in that order. Currently the law enforcement industry struggles to respond for the need to train officers.
